Byron Kopp 34 of Rapid City passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at his home.

Visitation will be from 12:00-7:00 pm Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the Black Hills Funeral Home of Sturgis, with a rosary to follow at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Monday, March 15, 2010 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, with Fr. Michel Mulloy as Celebrant. Burial will follow at the Black Hills National Cemetery, with full military honors by the Sturgis Veteran’s Honor Guard.

Survivors include his wife Stacy of Hermosa, sons Brody & Riley Kopp of Hermosa, parents Bud & Arlene Kopp of Sturgis, brother Brad Kopp of Tyndall, SD, sister Stacy Vogel of Santa Ynez, CA.

In lieu of flowers a memorial can be made in Byron’s name to the John T. Vucurevich Cancer Care Institute in Rapid City.
